Application:

 The reactor tank is suitable for hydrolysis, neutralization crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage and other production links in pharmaceutical (raw material workshop, synthesis workshop), bioengineering, fine chemicals, chemical synthesis, food and other industries.

Structure:

 The reaction tank is mainly composed of three parts: tank body, jacket and stirring system. The parts in contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel such as 304 or 316L, in line with GMP standard and ASME standard.

Features：

1. The stirring form is mostly frame type stirring to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed in a short time; at the same time, frame type, anchor type, paddle type, etc. can be selected according to the needs.

2. Heating form: heating and cooling: steam, electric heating and heat transfer oil can be selected as heating methods to meet the technological needs of different working environments such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.

3. The seal adopts sanitary mechanical seal, which can prevent the pressure in the tank and the leakage of materials in the tank, causing unnecessary pollution;

4. The form of lugs or legs is optional, and the interface adopts ISO standard quick-loading clamp type, which is convenient and hygienic;

5. Sterile respirators, weighing module, CIP cleaning nozzles, sight glasses, flanges, sanitary quick opening manholes, etc.
