300-32000L Polymerization Reactor ASME Pressure Vessel Reaction Tank
The polymerization reactor is suitable for petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, polymer, metallurgy, environmental protection and other chemical process fields.
The polymerization reactor is usually used to polymerize organic matter under internal high temperature and high pressure conditions. For example, polyethylene, which is polymerized from ethylene, is polymerized in a polymerization tank. It is the main equipment for preparing polymer compounds. Generally, it is a vertical cylindrical autoclave with a jacket, so that steam or cold water can be introduced for heating or cooling. It is used for dry emulsion polymerization. There is a stirrer inside, which is driven by a motor through a transmission and a reducer. During polymerization, it can be produced batchwise in a single tank, or in series with continuous production in multiple tanks. The polymerization reactants enter the upper part of the next tank from the lower part of one. The kettle is equipped with temperature, pressure and other instruments, as well as inlet and outlet ports.
