Structure:

Termination kettle is generally composed of kettle body, kettle cover, jacket, agitator, transmission device, shaft seal device, support and so on. Due to the different production processes and operating conditions of users, the stirring types in the termination tank generally include anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, pusher type or frame type. When the stirring device is relatively large in height and diameter, multi-layer stirring blades can be used, and it can also be optionally selected according to user requirements. And a jacket is set outside the kettle wall, or a heat exchange surface is set inside the vessel, and heat exchange can also be performed through external circulation. The heating methods include electric heating, hot water heating, thermal oil circulation heating, external (inner) coil heating, etc., and the cooling methods include jacket cooling and inner coil cooling.
