Main Features:
1. The picture is of our 1200L Jacketed, Steam Heated, Pro Series Gin Stills.
2. This still will produce great Whiskey, Gin and everything in between.
3. This Still comes with one Copper Column.
4. The individual Plate Drain Valves in the 8 Plate Copper Whiskey Column can be opened or closed allowing for better control of flavor profiles and proof.
5. The Stainless Steel Whisky Column has 8 bubble plates and a Dephlegmator in the top.
6. The 8 plate Whiskey Column will produce up to 190 proof in one run.
7. If you want to do a stripping run, you simply open the Plate Drain Valves in the Copper Whiskey Column.
8. This 1200L Still must be heated by low pressure steam boiler.
9. This Still is great for producing Whiskey, Bourbon, Moonshine, Brandy, Rum and Gin (with the optional Gin Basket).
