Yeast Fermenter Biological Fermentation Project
The biological fermentation tanks are widely used in biological engineering, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, yeast production, fine chemicals and other industries. The tank body and the upper and lower filling heads are processed by spinning R-angle, and the inner wall of the tank is mirror-polished, and there is no hygienic dead angle.
The fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are always mixed and fermented in a pollution-free state. The equipment is equipped with air breathing holes, CIP cleaning nozzles, manholes and other devices.
Main Feature:
1. Can be cleaned online by CIP and sterilized by SIP (121°C/0.1MPa).
2. Designed according to sanitary requirements, the structure design is very user-friendly and easy to operate. Smooth transmission and low noise.
3. Appropriate diameter-to-height ratio design, customized stirring device on demand, energy saving, good stirring and fermentation effect.
4. The surface of the inner tank body is mirror polished (roughness Ra≤0.4µm); the process openings such as inlet and outlet nozzles, sight mirrors, manholes and the welding of the inner tank body adopt the arc transition of the stretching flanging process , smooth and easy to clean without dead ends, to ensure the reliability and stability of the production process, in line with "cGMP" and other specifications.
