Application:
The vacuum concentration equipment is mainly applicable to concentration and distillation of liquid materials in pharmacy, food, health
products, oral liquids, fruit juice, chemical industry and light industry etc. industries. It can also be used for alcohol recovery and simple reflux extraction of other solvents.
Structure and Features:
The vacuum concentration equipment is completely made of stainless steel materials with compact structure and beautiful appearance.The equipment is composed of the six major parts such as condenser, cooler, gas-liquid separator,concentrating tank,connecting pipe and liquid receiving tank etc. The concentrating tank is of jacketed structure, the condenser is of tubular structure and the cooler is of coil structure. The concentration specific gravity can amount to above 1.35-1.45.
Working Principle:
The materials can flow automatically or be pumped by vacuum into the concentrating tank. The heating is carried out by passing steam into the jacket. The feeding height shall reach the center of sight glass in the tank body, which is the appropriate height. The reflux amount of the rising steam will be controlled by the first condenser and the temperature inside the tank is controlled according to different materials.The steam containing foam and some liquids of high boiling point will be separated by the gas-liquid separator and return to the concentrating tank. For industrial solvents (such as alcohol), it will be achieved in the liquid receiving tank after passing through the second cooler. The equipment can carryout normal pressure or relief pressure production, or intermittent or continuous production. During the feeding in continuous production, the feeding tube shall be added with flow meter. During the continuous relief pressure production, the material discharging from the concentrating tank shall be carried out after the pressure inside the tank resumes to normal pressure.
