Application:
The scraper concentration tank is applicable to concentration of liquid materials in traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, food, dairy, glucose and chemical industry etc. It's mainly for get high concentration medium.
Features：
1. The scraper concentrator has novel design and unique structure. The scraper vane and tank can be combined into ball shape(GNQ) or conical shape(GNZ).
2. Using jacket heating and mixing evaporation, the concentration effect is good.
3. The contact part of the equipment and materials are made with stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and in accordance with the GMP standard.
4. ls suitable for heat transfer, evaporation and concentration of materials with high viscosity. The concentration specific gravity can amount to above 1.4.
5. ls mainly composed of the four major parts such as concentrator body with blending device, condenser, cooler and liquid receiving tank etc.
